There are many blogs to subscribe to, and many to give you lots of resources. One that is strictly devoted to math is Mathematics and Multimedia. I visit this blog especially for its Geogebra tutorials.
Other blogs not exclusive to math, but where I still find many math resources are:
Free Technology for Teachers
Larry Ferlazzo's Websites of the Day
Views from the Lamb's Herd (Jimbo Lamb is a math teacher in PA)
Dianne's Digital Discoveries
Another strictly math blog, but more for the math nerd in you, is Continuous Everywhere but Differentiable Nowhere.

Some wikis for teachers to share resources are:
Designated Deriver - this is my favorite wiki for finding calculus resources
CFF Math - Classrooms for the Future Coaches (now called 21st Century Teaching and Learning Coaches) have collaborated to put amass and organize many resources here - from powerpoint lessons shared by math teachers to links to tutoring sites. Everything is categorized by subject, and some subjects are much more "populated" than others. Feel free to join this wiki as well if you would like to share your own math resources!
And, since people have asked to join this wiki, I decided to add a page for YOU to contribute! Just click here to add any information or links you have to share.

Here are three great nings. Make sure you join the math group in all of them!
